We want you to love your AKS Jewelry purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy:

• Return Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved items, are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refunded.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
